Couples/Marriage Counseling
Rebecca's focus is on mental wellness and healing using a holistic mind - body - spirit approach. She uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR,) Internal Family Systems (IFS,) and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) techniques to help clients create lasting change.
Challenges and hardships are guaranteed. Bad things happen. How we look at and respond to these experiences can create obstacles to living the life we desire. Anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationships problems, self-medicating, self sabotaging, anger, worthlessness, resentment, emotional problems, behavior problems, isolation, hopelessness, and poor physical health can all be rooted in painful past events. Therapy can be the safe place to explore the origins of pain with self-compassion. Rebecca is dedicated to working with clients to unlock this self-compassion, freeing them to live fully, joyfully, meaningfully, and authentically.
